In Pabean, aside from wandering in historical lane and objects, we’ve encountered treasury street food: Nasi Madura Bu Moa & Bakwan Pabean. Since the ’50s, these two legendary street foods haven’t lost it touch on taste even though it has been running from generation to generation. Its authenticity is the strong reason for people to keep coming back for more. It becomes more fun, as we found childhood dish, New Ski still with the old-vintage packaging recalled a good memory at that time.
